Jason is a qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer with over 20 years of experience in sports and fitness including athletics, endurance sports, distance running and strength training. Working with a variety of different clients he has coached male & female athletes (youths & adults), perimenopausal, over 50's & 60's, those with injuries and also individuals with conditions such as cerebral palsy and Type 1 & 2 Diabetes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Level 2 Gym Instructing

Level 3 Personal Training

Level 4 Strength & Conditioning

Level 4 Nutrition for Weight Management & Athletic Performance
