 "I met up with Jason from Full Bodied Fitness and found him to be very knowledgeable and understanding. I basically wanted to become stronger but didn't want to spend hours in a gym. He worked out a manageable routine for me that benefits all of the important muscles. He showed me what to do step by step to achieve what I wanted in a short space of time. I have now been going over a year and in terms of increased strength I have noticed I can now lift my children much easier and for as long as is required. It has also helped me at work when lifting heavy ladders and tool boxes and I feel happier in myself. I like how I could approach with questions and was always enthusiastically shown solutions.
